I am currently in negotiation with a local paint shop for the painting of
the aircraft.  Whilst I realise that this question is akin to "How long is a
piece of rope?" I hope that someone can shed a little light on the subjects

!.    How much paint of the various types (base coat, finishing) is
required?
2.    Has anyone used the Flight Gloss system by Polyfiber?  If so, with
what success?
3.    What sort of cost did people encounter when getting their a/c painted?
