If you are worried because you do not have the overlap at all between the
Hysol 9339 Adhesive and the Jeffco 9700 Sealer... given the first option the
manual offers for sealing the tanks, it might be OK (assuming that there are
no pin-holes or other small leaks in any of the exposed surfaces).<<
Thanks for the reply. I am convinced that there is always overlap between
the painted-on Hysol and the sealant as I inspected it closely. When I said
you could "see through" I meant that light would go through the thin Hysol
areas more than the sealant, which is pretty much opaque. I am convinced
that there are no bare prepreg areas within the tanks. So I guess I am
okay.
