I just tried to get a ppr to visit McConnell AFB for a few days. The guy a the base ops desk told me I needed a "Civil Aircraft Landing Permit". I was almost certain that flying into AF and Army fields was one of our benefits.

Anyone know for sure? I'm heading there this Sunday AM. Does anyone know how to get the permit ASAP? Does anyone know how to work around the problem without getting a permit?
