Scott, although I cannot be absolutely
certain, I believe the reasons for not getting the hours flown have to do
with the remote location, availability of qualified pilots, health of the
builder and cost of insurance. There are a couple of other builder/flyers
on the list who know Jack and the history of his airplane better than I
do.
