I agree with Graham Nutt about the Lancair Mail.  I  have not renewed either for the same reason.  After spending 100 K with them and fielding numerous phone calls on their behalf from prospective customers, it would be nice if they furnished a gratis subscription to those of us that have bought our kits,engines, and props from them.

I do tell the prospective customers that come to my hangar to see my plane that the flow of information, including updates to the builder's manual slows down to a dribble once they receive their initial manuals.  If Lancair was really smart, not only would they send us gratis subscriptions, but they would supply extra free copies and gratis subscription forms to give to those prospective customers we have contact with.

But what do I know?   I only built the finest customer service company that Olin Corporation ever bought......
