Subject: [LML] Pressure testing of gas lines

I used compressed air on the gas lines at twice working -pressure, 80psi.  I applied it through a regulator, bringing it up to pressure slowly.  This was on the completed installation.

I used the grease gun/gauge on all my hydraulic lines, once in position in the plane.  Here I used 2000psi using hydraulic fluid.  I also primed all the hydraulic lines with the grease gun.

I only used air on the gas lines to avoid contamination by water or oil.  Could have used gas in the grease gun I suppose.

At any rate not a leak anywhere. Worth the extra effort.
