Just curious if anyone has had to reduce the factory set 20 lb pressure on their door seal due to door alignment? I have been chasing a leak, which I believe has been the pneumatic panel switch, and in the process of testing noticed that the lower left of my door gets pushed out approximately 1/4 of an inch when the seal is inflated (checked at a field elevation of 154 ' above sea level). The door fits very well otherwise.

I am planning on reducing the seal pressure just enough to eliminate the bulge. Anyone else have a similar issue? By the way, have you had someone check the door fit after the seal was inflated? I hadn't so it was a surprise for me. Ed Rosiak
