AHA!!!! Success and confidence!!!
I'm no mechanic, but I did manage to install two new brake
rotors and two new main tires the other day. Got the safety wire back on, and
taxi tested it. Worked great. Made the first test flight today and the braking
was *smooth* with no shuddering!
Hallajuhah!
It's neat to accomplish something like this and see it work
well after the job is done. Gave me a lot of confidence in working on the plane.
(Yes, I was supervised...) Lancair 360.
Also looped the plane for the first time today, and it's a
real pleasure to do so.
