For small stuff make
a plug out of the pink foam you buy from home depot.
5 min glue as many
pieces to get the desired thickness you want.
Cut/shape it to the
form you want with # 80 sand paper and blow it off with the
compressor.
Carefully cover the thing with clear shipping tape using a razor
blade
cut any places the
tape wants to fold. glass over it and pop the thing apart.
I have done this
many times and it works great. No wax or releases necessary.
The glass will not
stick to the tape.
