Cut/shape it to the form you want with # 80 sand paper and blow it off with the compressor. Carefully cover the thing with clear shipping tape using a razor blade cut any places the tape wants to fold. glass over it and pop the thing apart. I have done this many times and it works great. No wax or releases necessary. The glass will not stick to the tape. There you go... Randy L.
