First, there is no such thing as a normal 360. Each is unique and slightly different from the others. That said, there were a lot of posts on the Grove brakes and my experence was very good. My 360 MKII with the 5.00 -5 "Outback" gear and hydralic inner doors was a bolt on swap and the entire exercise took about 4 hours.
I am not sure what you mean by stock brakes and wheels. If yu have the orginal casting and smaller tires I think it is a different brake and wheel set from Grove and may take a little more work to get it installed. If you already have the bigger tires and the "outback" gear I think the installtion will be as easy as mine was.
Just call Grove to confirm the right kit and if you have problems Robbie can help you out.
Good luck

Gang,
I have a 360 with the stock brakes and wheels... Thinking about Groves the next time around. Are they a stock bolt on fit for a normal 360? (Excuse the ignorance, please... I'm a pilot, not a builder. My learning curve about the nuts and bolts stuff has just started, and I don't see it getting less than vertical for a *long* time.)
Fly safe.
