Each is unique and slightly different from the others. That said, there were a lot of posts on the Grove brakes and my experence was very good. My 360 MKII with the 5.00 -5 "Outback" gear and hydralic inner doors was a bolt on swap and the entire exercise took about 4 hours. I am not sure what you mean by stock brakes and wheels. If yu have the orginal casting and smaller tires I think it is a different brake and wheel set from Grove and may take a little more work to get it installed. If you already have the bigger tires and the "outback" gear I think the installtion will be as easy as mine was. Just call Grove to confirm the right kit and if you have problems Robbie can help you out.
