Scott,
Ron (N5ES) lives up in the Denver area. He came down and helped, and my wife was my other helper. My wife was out in Redmond with me so she knew her way around flox. She did the mixing, Ron and I did the wet out and flox application. Having help is wonderful, especially if they know what they're doing. Ron was a tremendous help.
I just cleaned out the hardener side of the pump and filled it with slow hardener. It's a pain to do and then you need to switch it back afterwards. I left the slow hardener in the pump for the fuselage layups. I was able to make a 18" wide by the width of the cloth monster 2 bid on my workbench. I had written down all the sizes of the layups, so I just cut the sizes I needed from the large piece and did all the layups in about an hour.
