I run it at 2370 and 29 inches. That's probably about 60 %.<<

You might consider using 31" x 2370 when it is that cold, and add a bit more
fuel. You will make the engine a few degrees warmer, keep it the same
spread in TIT away from peak TIT, go faster... Like I mentioned, if 29" is your base MP setting, then you have some "room"
to run the engine harder in the cooler weather.
Be very careful in making shade tree baffling changes. It is a very Alice
in Wonderland world, nothing is what it appears to be.
