At the factory we spread pure Hysol on the bonding areas then scraped it back off with a bondo squeegee, leaving a thin film of pure Hysol.  We used the scraper because the painted on layer was way too thick due to the viscosity of the Hysol.  Then we mixed the Hysol with flox.

 

We painted pure Jeffco on the bonding areas before applying the Jeffco/flox.
