 Hi Guys:
 I've talk to one of the domestic RVSM task force member at FAA HDQ and they
 are saying that everything below FL270 in the future will be handled as
 they are today.  Basically it will be first come first served. Discussion
 between the FAA and ATC is they only expect about 15% of the aircraft that
 is flying above FL290 is not RVSM equipped and ATC expects to be able to
 handle this 15% push down.  Sorry for the confusion.
