In flight testing my ES I stalled it several times,
both power on and off. It was well behaved and was
easy to recover.  A friend of mine who flew off about
ten hours in the early testing also stalled it with
the same results.

I am firmly in the "chicken pilot" category with no
airline nor military experience. If you're going to
stall it, go high.
