I was speaking with a P337 guy at the airport yesterday and he mentioned that insurance companies do/may require folks to have "pressurized time",
similar to retract time.  Any truth to this?

On a similar subject, what's the current forecast of requirements
these days?  Total time, retract ect.

I've heard, read in the Lancair Mail, and agree with, the requirement for factory training and inspection.  I've also heard that a lancair approved
engine and fuel system will be a requirement.  While I understand the
powerplant position (and my common sense agrees with it) I see the
potential for it to severely limit the 'mission' of the amateur built
experimental category.  Any thoughts?
