I’ve never had a problem with Kip Components that couldn’t be resolved with a 2 minute phone call.

In my opinion we all have an interest in keeping Lancair strong.  Kit plane companies aren’t exactly known for their longevity.  If you’re building you’ll need tech support and parts.  If you’re flying you’ll need spare parts.  These things you can’t get from Aircraft Spruce no matter how quickly they ship.  You do what you feel you have to but for me I buy everything I can from Kit Components.  (Please don’t tell Vern he’s great… he’s got a big enough head already!   Just joking.)
