its time and still a world standard for harmonized controls.

Aircraft and flight are a special extension of our abilities.  The machine
is rarely the source of fault rather the compromises toward better
performance, toward utility, and our need for expression.  The IV is a
wonder of engineering, aesthetics, and personal expression through the
building process.  There are a lot of them in the field just now making
their way skyward.  These unfortunate reports will persist, but not endure.
Good science, patience, support, and compassion come to mind as we witness
these reports.
