I would not go to this extreme [grounding fleet] but it appears that
something is amiss. Perhaps that the LML list is the gathering
point for all Lancair accidents causes us to think the accident rate is
unusually high. I hope this is the case but the difficultly in obtaining
insurance for Lancairs probably indicates there is a 'real' problem...
My heart goes out to the survivors.
