Hello Gerard,

We've been flying our 320 for 3 years and 800 hours. We haven't had any airframe problems other than normal wear and tear. We had low compression on the #1 cylinder and replaced it with a Milenium cylinder at about 700 hours. The flaps have operated trouble free since new. Sorry to hear that your having trouble with yours.
