    After a bit of research the following is some engine mount info.    On CONICAL Mounts,  normally a sleeve is NOT required on most Lyc & Cont. installations. You have a Conical mount if the mount bolts are essentially horizontal.  Normal torque for these Lord and most other mount donuts is 45 INCH_POUNDS, not Foot Pounds, since you are torqueing the rubber mounts themselves.     If the attach bolts point inwards toward the center of the engine, it's a DYNA-FOCAL Mount and should have a steel sleeve over the bolt and require the torque rated for the bolt.    The exotic V-8's and turbines are another matter, hope this clarifys things, Dan....
