Gentelmen,
The newest, finest and fastest IV-P is for sale.  Built by an A&P IA
over
the last three years and nine months, this beautiful aircraft with Tom
Connors paint and Jim Griffin interior is on the market.  The machine has
the Sierra flight Systems EFIS two screen panel built by Lancair Avionics
with full co-pilot side standby instruments as well as a complete UPS
radio
stack and Bose headsets with Pro AOA.  The aircraft has extended fuel and
a
3550 lb gross weight.  Empty weight is 2281.5 lbs at the EW CG of 83 plus
inches.  To see and fly this aircraft is to die for it.  The aircraft now
has about 37 hours TTSN.  Orin Riddell did the test flying and Albert
Campbell has been flying it recently.  They both love it!
At 31.5 in. hg. manifold pressure and 2500 RPM at 10,500 MSL the TAS
averages out at 248 kts in four quadrants.  How fast do you want to go?
This aircraft is jade green metallic under rich white with  gold trim.
The
"N" numbers are full sized above the stripes on the tail boom.  90Y is
understated elegance in a high performance single.  On landing at Portland
yesterday an F-15 Eagle going to the parallel runway gave us a wing
waggle!
Operating LOP the fuel flow at 16,000 ft msl is less than 17 gph in
pressurized comfort.  You won't get that in too many GA airplanes.
Please contact wdodson@bak.rr.com for details.  Serious inquiries only,
please.
Thank you,
Walter
