In August, I will be entering my sixth year of building.  During this period, I have been pleased with the support from Lancair. 

 

I have received prompt answers from Carsten, Orin, Mark, Don, Vern, Kirk, etc.  I admit that as my skills and understanding improved and I progressed through the project, my technical calls have slowed appreciably. 

 

Lancair has undergone a  mass exodus of valued employees.  Carsten, Orin, Don, Kirk, etc. have left.  Mark and Vern (thankfully) have remained.  Tim Ong has been a  welcomed  addition.

 

Being a business owner myself, I understand the difficulty in hiring qualified individuals.  I would rather have a couple knowledgeable support staff than many individuals that provide inaccurate or misleading information.  

 

I hope that the builders will have some patience with the new regime.
