During this = period, I have been pleased with the support from Lancair.=20 I have received prompt answers from Carsten, Orin, Mark, Don, Vern, = Kirk, etc. I admit that as my skills and understanding improved and I = progressed through the project, my technical calls have slowed = appreciably. =20 Lancair has undergone a mass exodus of valued employees. Carsten, = Orin, Don, Kirk, etc. have left. Mark and Vern (thankfully) have = remained. Tim Ong has been a welcomed addition. Being a business owner myself, I understand the difficulty in hiring = qualified individuals.
