Bill Harrelson asks about alligning the 320 cowling. I found the easiest way
was to get three guys for the job. One to hold the front end at a suitable 1/4
to 3/8 below the spinner, and one on either side at the trailing edge to hold in
place. Then drill 4 clieco holes to hold in place. Tweak from there, but don't
sweat it too much. When you set the upper cowling into place you will need to a
lot of fitting anyway and the lower may move a little. I have the MT prop so I
will have to build the cowling out anyway.
