Half the wire thru the fork at one end, a wrap at the fork base, criss-cross wrap, both wires thru the hole in the middle, criss-cross wrap, thru the fork, a wrap at the fork base and twist finish.  Remember to hide the sharp end.  At  least that is one way to keep the damn thing from turning.
