John,
I have flown the Aero Composite against the Two bladed Hartzell with great results.  I have not tested it against the new Hartzell Three bladed scimitar prop.  I have a special race prop from Hartzell that may look similar but the look is the only thing that is similar.  Mine is a full feathering , one of only Three race props  made for Reno racing only.  I do believe that the new Hartzell and the Aero Composite are great props and if weight is not an issue use the Hartzell.  If weight is the issue use the Aero Composite.  You will love either Three bladed prop.  I would not use the Two blade prop for my application ( Supercharged)

Regards,

Rick

Having flown with both, could you give us your impressions of the Aero Composite prop vs. the new Hartzell scimitar 3-blade prop you installed on your Legacy.  It's a valid question --- is the Aero Composite prop $4000 better than the 3-blade Hartzell?
