>You may recall our conversation several summers ago at OSH. I was standing there generally admiring your red paint job and the fancy decal on the tail and I asked you about what I thought was an unusual shape to the leading edge of your wings. As I recall, you explained to me in great detail that you had incorporated a different and thinner NACA airfoil design on the wing leading edge and back to about 11" in an effort to further reduce drag. Seems like your effort has paid off nicely.

Indeed, I would encourage all of you LNC2 wanta be racers to add foam,
flox,  and micro to your leading edges as well.  However,  the above
statements regarding my airplane are patently false.  Additionally, I am
at a loss to ever having had this conversation.  Go ahead add some flox!

PS:  Ok, Ok, now I'm beginning to think about the little strake thingy's
at the horizontal tail. Is this of what you speak?  This little dork mod
was to hide the remaining fuselage fillet from the small tail.  I
should've ground more of the fuselage fillet away.  After installing the
tail I decided it looked so bad I had to hide it with glass.  Is this
what we're talking about?  Me thinks it not a speed mod....but maybe..
