I operate my IO-320 on 93 octane gasoline, burning 100LL only when I have
to. My fuel lines are F-4040(fuel-rated) Tygon to the header tank and teflon
with stainless overbraid and firesleeve (in the engine compartment). All
O-rings and seals in the fuel system are rated for gasoline. Every thirty hours of operation, I add a good quality fuel injector cleaner
to the 10 gallon header tank. I would appreciate any comments regarding this
practice.
