I have a hangar mate who's not paid his rent in over a year and a half.  He's
had some unfortunate personal problems (he was in a plane crash that was
pretty bad) and as a result his business went sideways during his
recuperation...

Anyhow.  He's got a L-235 kit that is mostly completed and he'd like to get
rid of it.  Of course he wants an arm and a leg for it, but I've told him that
he'd be lucky to get $15,000 out of it.
