The black rubber Barry mounts in my experience, are more or less worthless.  Beats me how you can throw together two rubber mouldings using a rubber compound that is obviously inadequate for the operating temperature range, throw in two metal washers and a short piece of steel tubing and charge eighty bucks!  Apparently if they make them right, using the magic green rubber, they hold up OK, and they're only 130 bucks each.
On both the ES's I've built, the black rubber mounts sagged miserably, especially the front ones.  On Wednesday I have a date to replace my front mounts (black) with the green jobs, since my engine has sagged about 5/8" in about 90 hours.  I started about 3/16" high, but it looks pretty bad now.  The two front mounts look really sad, all distorted and squished.  Looking at the front engine mounts, it doesn't look as if the geometry of the mounts is correct, which is another story, but it aggravates the sagging situation.
