Yeah, Bill, you're right on! Exceed the critical angle of attack of the
particular wing you're flying, at any speed, and it WILL stall. Ask (if you
could) a WW2 dive bomber driver who tried pulling up too abruptly at near
terminal velocity from the vertical dive - not many of them survived the
high speed stall.
