I have read all the suggestion for lead shot weight bags and I haven't seen
the one I'm using.  I went to our local supplier for sandblasting materials
and they inventory "steel shot" (also used in sandblasting) in various
sizes.  Then we used our industrial sewing machine and stictched up some
canvas bags of various sizes, filled them with the steel shot and then made
the final stitching to close the bags -- works great!
