I have my IV-P rudder completed through primer which is how I intend to fly
it for testing.  It is over balanced by 27.6 oz-in.  Does anyone know if
this a big enough allowance for the addition of Imron paint?  I assume the
over balance condition is ok but that any under balance is a no-no.
Any comments or experiences here would be greatly appreciated.
