Fili,
  There's no easy way to add silk screening that I know of.  To do mine, I
removed all of the C/B's and then removed the aluminum panel section that
they were on and took it back to the guy who did the first screening.  He
still has my lettering in the computer, matched the font and made a new
screen to do just one more label.
  Being a perfectionist can be time consuming (not to mention expensive)!
