<< Lancair Builders' Mail List >>
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<--->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
As far as I know, there are at least 2-3 different type of AOA manufacturers in the market. At least they differ in price and design. Any recomendations and corresponding pro=B4s and co=B4s for the one or the
other?<
Hope you don't mind if the worlds largest supplier of light aircraft AOAs strokes his product. My Lancair and some members of this mail-list were used as the test bed for the development
and perfection of the AOA Pro and Sport over the past 6 years. The AOA Pro works with no moving parts or protrusions, it is
a true full range AOA and measures accurately in all flight modes
to about 10 "G". It is the lightest AOA on the market and includes
a gear warning system, voice warnings and is pre-calibrated to some Lancairs. Our AOA is self compensating for everything including
gross weight, bank angle, humidity, CG, etc. We provide the only AOA (patented) that measures
AOA of the wing as opposed to the fuselage
or an ugly probe. We are the only AOA recommended and sold by the
two largest high performance kit manufactures Lancair
and Vans Aircraft.
Sorry guys, I can't pass up a straight forward answer to a posted question. It won't happen again this month.
