Be careful of what you wish for!
If the nose gear gas spring is too strong, it will eject the nose wheel at a high rate thus robbing the nose gear door actuator of adequate fluid to move the door out of the way during normal operation. This will result in the wheel and its' hardware banging the door open, leaving those tell-tale paint scrapings on the inside of the door. Also, remember that when slowing down for gear extension, ample right rudder is required to keep the ball centered and not put "closing" slipstream air pressure on the nose gear door.
