Suggest the acquisition of part # CAT-101.

Specifically, one large Tomcat which can be found at most animal shelters free of charge....although free initially, if mouse supply runs low, some quantity of Cat Chow may be required.

The high tech answer would be to buy one of the sonic rodent repelling devices for sale from Home Depot.
