Thanks.  The wiring was about 5 years ago, and I may have wired the hydraulic before the Master. Have to do some checking.

 I am always suspect when the "LAST" CB fixes the problem.  Make sure you push all of them back in and retest with just the HYD breaker pulled to verify.  If your proof works then I would look at the relays and the diode installation in the system for proper polarity or a bad relays.  Something that strikes funny, is the HYD CB should be on the far side of the master relay and isolated off when the master is off.  You may have a ground issue.   If that is all good then system wiring is most likely the problem.  If the Lancair wiring schematic was used and followed, (Legacy Manuel off the top of my head) the HYD power CB controls the main landing up/down relays only!  The control CB controls the selection circuit through the down indicator circuit.   Hope this helps.
