1.      We have learned the Hilton is indicating they are booked for some of the nights Oct. 2-5 for the LOBO-Lancair Landing.  We spoke with the Hilton today, and they will be able to release a few more rooms in the next few days.  So if you are unable to book, try back in a day or two.  Also – you should use the link provided below to book.  Do not delay in booking your room if you have not done so.   You must book no later than September 9, 2013 – the Hilton will release any unsold rooms from our block on that date.  http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/G/GSPSCHF-LAN-20131001/index.jhtml

2.      Did you complete a Registration Form?  If not, your registration packet cannot be ready for you upon arrival in Greenville and will slow down your check-in for the Landing.  Be sure to include whether you are flying – what type Lancair  (or other type aircraft) – and your “N” number as we will give a list to the FBO for those who can get the 30 cent fuel discount as well as free tie down. Go to www.lancairowners.com – click on the Landing Logo – at the bottom of the third page.  Please do this electronically as that is the most efficient way for us to collect this information.
