Subject: nose gear IV-P green light trouble

for the last 4 months the nose gear indicator has become unstable.
When landing a bit heavier on the nose the light comes off indicating unsafe condition, it is intermittent and as the airplane is landing and keeping the weight of the nose the light comes back
then it remains intermittently on and off. It does not happen in the air when the weight is off.

we finished the SB on the nose gear cylinder and fork and suspected some wire chaff, we replaced the solenoid and resoldered the three connections
and inspected the wiring all the way to the instrument panel and cannot reproduce the problem in a static condition.
When the airplane was in jacks we moved the nose gear with force and could not reproduce the problem. There is no significant play in the nose gear.
There is no significant wear in the actuators. On landing I get a steady green light indicating adequate operation.

Electrical gremlins like these drive me crazy. Hope someone has had the same problem and can illuminate the road to fixing it. Any suggestions appreciated
