Another idea is to use one foot of a six foot step ladder to concentrate the force.  Put the foot right next to the edge of the wheel and step up on the bottom rung of the ladder.  Note:  this requires a little bit of balance.  Work your way around the edge of the wheel in steps and even the little LNC2 nose wheel tire will come off easily.
