About a decade ago a friend of mine started
building a Lancair ES and got it to within about one percent of being ready to
fly but some personal circumstances put the project on hold and now it appears
that it'll be going up for sale. I watched the building progress, and got
"volunteered" to help in the monumental task of closing the wings, and know for
a fact that it's a first rate airplane and with just a bit more work could be
