I had my David Clark headsets upgraded by Oregon Aero at Oshkosh 98.  They
became far quieter, but more importantly, more comfortable whilst wearing
oxy masks & sunglasses for up to 10.5 hours at a time. It made the rest of
the trip around the world in my Lancair IV far more pleasurable. My .02
cents worth.
