Final subfloor soundproofing weights:

ADC006 (formerly ALPSA-40), the aluminized self-stick foam -- 200 grams per side

Fiberglass batting sealed in watertight material (as discussed in a much earlier post) -- 38 grams per side

So the total is 478 grams, or 17 ounces
