I just cut out the sheets of ADC 006 aluminum-backed soundproofing foam that I'm using under my LNC2 floorboards.  The weight was 200 grams per side.  I will report the weight of the fiberglass batting when I make those units this weekend, but the full shipping carton is so light it practically floats off the tabletop, so I don't expect much extra mass.  I'd figure a total of a pound for soundproofing under both subfloors.  Make your own decisions, fellas!
