Hey Guys

Just a quick up-date.  I have my 320 project loaded on a trailer and am
almost ready to head to Lakeland for Sun and Fun.  Too bad it's on a
trailer...one day it will fly!

But for now...I apologize for not getting back to the individuals who ask
me specific questions about the subaru engine installation we have planned.
Jorge from Cross Flow Aero will be there beginning Friday and will be
working in the Engine Conversion work shop most of the week as a volunteer.
I am not sure which days exactly we will hang my engine.  We should be
working on it off and on all week.  We plan to start the engine near the
end of the week, probably on an auxiliary fuel supply.  Mine isn't ready!
I think we have one forum scheduled Wednesday at 1 PM.  Jorge can and will
answer any questions anytime during the week.  So will I for what I know.

I will be between the composite work shop and the engine work shop.
Possibly in the fabric workshop a little.  Joe from Poly Fiber has assured
me he or some of his people will supervise/demonstrate how to apply the
fillers and primer to the Lancair.  He said he will have plenty of product.

Jim the composite work shop head guy told me balancing the ailerons is not
a problem and we will be doing that as one of our demonstrations.  Again I
am not sure which day or time. We are just playing it by ear and plan to have fun.
