Alan,
Jordan spent hours with me on the phone methodically working
thru the possibilities and even pulled in Lance the engineer who wrote the MVP
50 software. Bottom line, they spared no resource to resolve my problem
and were very good natured about it too.

Recently, during the Phase 1 Test Period of our Legacy I had a
problem with the Electronics International MVP50 engine monitor. They
spent many hours with me troubleshooting, only to find the problem was an
installation error. My lack of knowledge about all things electrical did not
help, but they hung in there. In 27 years of aviation I have never had
more after the sale service and patience. This seemed like a good
time to credit exceptional service.
